After large breasts should normally be a blessing, but macromastie with breasts, which are defined as important to physical Proclemer by an imbalance of body weight. Back problems and spinal cord are the result of a macromastie AFAIK.
I have friends who have opted for a breast reduction, because the physical strain sets of breasts on his back. None of them saw it as a blessing, and when I saw them fight, I agree.
